Dr. David Carter has over 40 years of counseling experience in private practice. He is a Nebraska Licensed Independet Mental Health Practitioner and Licensed Professional Counselor. David's preferred approach is Transactional Analysis. He works primarily with couples, adults and adolescents. David has completed Level II training in the Gottman Method for working with couples. He is a Professor in the Graduate Counselor Education Program at the University of Nebraska – Omaha and a member of the American Counseling Association. He previously served as Department Chair for Addiction Studies at Methodist College. His active participation in community health organizations include serving as former president of the Nebraska Counseling Association. David is passionate about helping individuals and couples recognize and change their transactions with themselves and others, in order to develop healthier inter-relationships and intra-relationship.

Patricia (Trish) Carter has accumulated over 30 years of experience in the social services field while at Boystown, The Salvation Army, and as a professional counselor in private practice. She is Board Certified in Neurofeedback and is a Nebraska Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and Licensed Professional Counselor. Trish provides both nuerofeedback and psychotherapy services. Her preferred approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She works primarily with adults, adolescents and couples. Trish has completed Level II training in the Gottman Method for couples therapy. She previously taught in the Psychology Department for College of Saint Mary and in the Graduate Counselor Education Department at University of Nebraska. She is also a member of the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance. Trish is dedicated to helping individuals manage stress, anxiety and anger responses, as well as helping couples develop healthier communication patterns.
Krystal Humbard, MA, LMHP, LPC
Krystal (Krista) Humbard is a Nebraska Licensed Mental Health Practitioner, Licensed Professional Counselor and National Board Certified Counselor. She earned her BA in Psychology at Kansas University and her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. She has extensive experience in therapeutic work with children, parents, and families while at Munroe Meyer Institute, Boystown, Ollie Web Center and Behaven Kids. Krista's preferred approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Behavioral Modification. She specializes in behavioral analysis and behavioral modification. Krista is devoted to helping individuals and families develop self-understanding, self-management and the skills necessary for living a happy healthy life. She provides individual, family and couples counseling for all age groups. She also provides on-line counseling for individuals.
